SHIPPING POLICY

Thank you for choosing Anni Home USA. We are committed to delivering your beautiful gifts as quickly and safely as possible.

1. Shipment Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. If there is a high volume of orders, we will notify you via email or phone.

2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Estimates
We ship all orders from our branch in California via USPS (United States Postal Service).

3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your USPS tracking number. You can track your package directly on the USPS website.

4. Shipping Areas
We currently ship to all addresses within the United States

REFUND & RETURN POLICY

At Anni Home USA, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not entirely happy with your purchase, we are here to help.

1. Returns

You have 3 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must be in the original packaging.

Exclusions: Personalized items (engraved or custom-made) and clearance items are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged.

2. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your item, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment (Credit Card, PayPal, etc.) within 5-7 business days.

3. Return Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If the return is due to a defective product or an error on our part, we will provide a prepaid USPS return label.

3. Limitation of Liability
Anni Home USA shall not be liable for any delays caused by USPS or incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer.

DATA SECURITY

Promotional codes must be applied at checkout and cannot be added after the order is placed.
